Some of us are naturally drawn to certain pets. I have four rescue cats, and they have made a huge impact on my life. Others have had pets just show up in their lives, like my friends who own vast acres in the Kentucky countryside. They’ve had three dogs and two cats wander onto their property, and no one claimed them. They’re now cherished members of the family. Or it could be that you see a certain bird or wild animal consistently. Is there a meaning to attracting certain animals? There is according to my new book Animal Messengers, An A-Z guide to Signs and Omens in the Natural World.
