My family loves warm hearty meals, and I like one dish recipes whenever possible. I found a yummy choice that works for all of us, the Tuna Tetrazzini. It only takes 15 minutes to whip up and one hour to bake. I made this recipe twice, once with tuna and once with beans. Both were well received and flavorful.
I have family members with all kinds of diets, from raw vegan to vegetarian, to meat eaters so having a variety of meals is necessary.
