Although there’s a deluge of toxins out there from a variety of sources, they basically fall into two major groups, the colloidal and crystalline toxins. Each group share similar characteristics, are removed from the body using the same organs, generate like diseases, thereby requiring the same treatment. Each affect organ and circulation function, cause tissue damage and pain and are the offenders behind specific illnesses.
When we have a body saturated with toxins, it’s the perfect terrain for illnesses to thrive. The cause of our internal cellular environmental deterioration is due to these abundant toxins plus nutrition deficiencies. To recover, we need to stop reintroducing toxins, remove them with specific detox steps including herbs, and return to a wholesome and balanced diet.

As I peruse through this small but powerful little book, I’m enlightened as to why I personally do not feel well. It’s opened my eyes as to why certain health issues exist and how I can improve my well being. Once you get a glimmer as to the reason you have an ongoing or persistent ailment, and a resolution is given, you’ll feel like there is hope in getting rid of it.
