This article has valuable advice that you may not have thought about like, choosing a healthy doctor! If your doctor does not appear to reflect well-being, how can they give 100% in helping you attain vibrant health?

The stories shared are heart felt, educational, and uplifting. All the people found ways to keep themselves positive whether it was using a mantra, listening to audios or journaling. I really enjoyed reading about their journeys and the empowering step they took to regain their health. If they can do it, we can too!
