June is all about graduation. There umpteen kids in my extended family so there is always someone graduating at some level of education. I like to put some thought into my graduation gift. I want to give something they are going to use and really like. Perhaps they will remember the connection between the gift and the event. At least I hope so.

I personally love the square shape of The Block watch faces and I chose colors that were out of my comfort zone. I really like the feel of the jelly watches, they have a soft velvety sensation to them. The band is wide and has ample sizing so it can fit a large wrist to a really small wrist.
Let the kids choose their own. I’m always amazed, bamboozled, thunderstruck with the color combinations kids will come up with and just love to have. What a perfect graduation these fun watches would make.

May 23–I admire his determination to eat healthy but, in my opinion, I believe his diet to be an extreme one. There have been books written on reversing heart disease by sticking to a vegan diet but that is not as extreme as this one. That diet allows cooked beans, pastas and grains. As for colonic irrigation, why do you suppose we have a colon? To allow the bad stuff out and that is natural. I don’t think we have to ‘irrigate’ our colons. I believe we should all eat more fruits and vegetables, especially raw and well washed. Good Luck to him.-el03ro
