Plus Size Sports Bra Review & Giveaway

If you are an active person the last thing you want to deal with is your bra straps constantly sliding down. Nothing could be more irritating. My shoulders are not very wide so I always had to deal with those nuisance bra straps until I discovered sports bras.

When I went shopping for a better bra, it was then that I realized there are bras with T-backs or Racer backs that would make my life more pleasant. There is no way the sports bras could slide off your shoulder. However, not really knowing too much about sports bras I quickly recognized that they don’t all have great support or necessarily come in your size. Most sports bras only go up to size 38 so if you are a size 40 or up you need to look elsewhere.

Plus Size Bras and Panties carry chic trendy good quality lingerie. Their sizes can start anywhere from size 34 up to size 48 depending on which item you are looking at. I was thrilled to see they have sports bras and delighted to try one out.

The Goddess (so me) is a soft cup wireless sports bra that comes is sizes 36C to 48G. The “no wire” caught my attention. I’ve tried underwire sports bras but the discomfort from the wire trying to perforate my ribcage was unbearable. They are not comfortable at all. I was so glad to find the Goddess. It’s the FIRST sports bra that I can honestly say has all the features I was looking for. It’s a very comfortable sports bra to wear. Win!! It has wide straps that don’t dig into your shoulders and a wide back area with 4 hooks for support. The cups are double layered with moisture managing and anti-microbial lining so if you sweat it will keep the moisture away from your skin. Another win for me. The elastic around the ribcage is wide, very flexible and stretchable, non binding and does not roll. This bra has minimal seams which means less or no chafing. I didn’t experience any discomfort, chafing or irritation while wearing this bra, and I worn it for 14 hrs a day. I wash all my lingerie by hand and this bra washed easily and dried fairly quickly too. To me the Goddess is a great sports bra on the market and I love it.

They also carry corsets, stockings and garter belts. I found their Size information & Fitting Tips valuable. I did not know how to properly measure to get my correct size. This could be why a lot of my bras did not fit well. All of the items on Plus Size Bras & Panties would make a lovely Xmas gift!!
