Worry Woos Review & Giveaway

I love stuffed animals and as a kid I had too many to count. My daughter had a room full of every kind of stuffed toy she could find. She enjoyed them all but there is always that special teddy that seemed to make the world a brighter safer place. Often times they just want the comfort of a buddy so they take them shopping , play with them, read to them, sleep with them and even cry into them.

Worry Woos is a company that has created stuffed toy characters each with a story and an embodied emotion. They have six different monsters, each comes with a story book (hard cover) that personifies a lighthearted tale about their emotion. I got to discover their newest monster Wince, The Monster of Worry.

Wince is quite the unique looking monster. He’s blue with a large nose, long ears, has yellow wings and a small poofy yellow tail. He’s soft, cuddly and adorable. I wondered how little kids would react to these unusual looking monsters. My niece’s little girl McKenzie was introduced to Wince and as soon as she saw him, she hugged and petted him and they were immediately best friends. We got to enjoy and read about her new friend Wince.

Wince’s problem is he worries too much. When that happens he feeds the Worry Bug. The book goes on to tell how the more he worries and frets about what he has to do, the bigger the Worry Bug grows. The story book is beautifully illustrated with vivid colors and cute pictures that captured the attention of little McKenzie. She looked at all the pictures on the pages and discovered all the things Wince has to do. On one page Wince thought he tail was too poofy but little McKenzie totally disagreed and thought he was perfect just as he was. We completely love Wince and know he will make a wonderful family member in our home.
